Win Holistic Goodies and Wellness Experiences

The following rules apply to all giveaways, door prizes, and raffle drawings hosted at the Greater Wellness Holistics Expo on April 11, 2026 at the Lebanon Valley Expo Center. By participating in any giveaway or raffle, attendees agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Eligibility Giveaway participation is open to adults 18 years or older attending the Greater Wellness Holistics Expo. A valid Expo admission ticket is required to receive raffle tickets and participate in any drawings. Vendors, sponsors, and volunteers may participate at their discretion unless otherwise noted by event organizers. 2. Raffle Tickets Every adult ticket holder receives one sleeve of 26 raffle tickets at check-in, included with admission. Additional raffle tickets may not be purchased. Each attendee is responsible for tearing their tickets into individual stubs before entering drawings. Lost raffle tickets/stubs cannot be replaced. 3. Entry Guidelines Attendees must visit the Raffle Booth to provide identifying information: Full name Phone number Raffle ticket number(s) Optional: Email address for future discounted ticket offers Tickets may be placed into any giveaway bucket(s) at the Giveaway Display Tables. All entries must be submitted before the final drawing of the day. 4. Prize Drawings Drawings occur approximately every 30 minutes throughout the Expo. Winners will be notified by text message using the phone number provided at the Raffle Booth. Winners must claim their prize by 5:00 PM on the day of the event. Unclaimed prizes will be re-drawn to ensure fairness for all participants. Attendees must present their main raffle ticket stub and full name when claiming a prize. If the stub is lost, identity verification will be made via name and phone number provided at entry. 5. Prize Conditions Prizes have no cash value, are non-refundable, and may not be exchanged or transferred. Giveaway items are donated by vendors and may vary in type, value, and availability. The Greater Wellness Holistics Expo is not responsible for lost, broken, or unclaimed prizes. 6. Vendor Participation All participating vendors are required to contribute a giveaway item, gift card, gift bag, service, or product for attendee raffles. Vendor contributions must be delivered to the Giveaway Display Table during designated setup hours. 7. Communications & Privacy By entering a giveaway, attendees consent to receive text notifications related to prize drawings. Attendees who voluntarily provide an email address may receive future promotional offers or discounts from the Greater Wellness Holistics Expo. Personal information is used solely for event communications and will not be sold or shared beyond Expo administration. 8. Fairness & Conduct Attendees may enter as many prize buckets as they choose. Tampering with raffle buckets or attempting to manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited. Expo staff reserve the right to disqualify entries that violate event policies or compromise fairness. 9. Event Rights & Modifications The Greater Wellness Holistics Expo reserves the right to adjust drawing times, replace giveaway items, modify rules, or cancel portions of the giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. All decisions made by event organizers regarding prize eligibility, winner verification, or rule interpretation are final. 10. Liability By entering any giveaway or raffle, attendees agree to release and hold harmless the Greater Wellness Holistics Expo, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and participating vendors from any liability related to: Participation in the raffle Acceptance or use of prizes Lost, damaged, or unclaimed items Errors in contact information provided by attendees
