Dear Prospective Speakers,

Thank you for your interest in participating as a speaker at the Greater Wellness Holistic Expo 2025. We are committed to offering high-quality, engaging content to our attendees, and we look forward to reviewing your application.

To ensure the quality and alignment of our presentations, we ask all applicants to submit the following for review:

  • Presentation Outline (PDF or Word format) – REQUIRED

  • Speaker Biography (PDF or Word format) – REQUIRED

  • A headshot for website promotional purposes - REQUIRED

  • Any additional supporting documents relevant to your talk (optional)

Important Note:

All speakers at this year’s event will be recorded, and the recordings will be made available to attendees for on-demand viewing post-event. You will be required to sign a media release form allowing us to share your presentation recording.

Speaking Details:

  • Duration: Each speaker will have 45-50 minutes to present.

  • Visual Aids: Due to venue limitations, we are unable to provide a projector or PowerPoint capabilities. We recommend providing handouts as an alternative to engage your audience and share your business information.
