Lebanon, PA - Earth&Green is a women-owned, earth-forward herbal wellness company founded by Arlinda St.Fleur, built around the motto "Wellness Designed by Nature." She's a returning vendor we're excited to spotlight ahead of this year's Greater Wellness Holistics Expo in Lebanon, PA.

Meet Arlinda

Arlinda was born and raised in Newark, New Jersey, just 30 minutes outside Manhattan, where life was always busy. Right in her own backyard, though, was her grandfather's garden — the place she found quiet in all that noise, spending every summer helping tend the plants and watching the reward of that work show up as fresh fruits and vegetables all season long.

As time went on, she took over caring for the garden herself, which only deepened her love for it. In the summer of 2020, she brought her grandfather's garden back to life, reliving one of her favorite pastimes. When she later left her family's home and no longer had space for a garden that size, she made do with what she had — maintaining a lush balcony garden for three years. That experience introduced her to homesteading, and it changed the direction of her life. She's been sharing what she's learned with friends and family ever since, and in 2025 she went on to pursue a Master's in Clinical Herbal Medicine, training to care for clients with herbal preparations and custom blends built around their specific needs.

How Earth&Green Got Started

Arlinda founded Earth&Green in 2024 with a goal of shining a light on self-sustainability through homesteading, especially in urban communities where space and resources are harder to come by. The business doubles as a community for gardeners and homesteaders to trade ideas and support each other along the way, alongside a line of herbal remedies and body care products for beauty and wellness.

What They Offer

Handmade Herbal Products

Earth&Green makes handmade soaps, herbal salves, alcohol-free tinctures, and other body care products, all made with organic, locally sourced herbs. Every ingredient is 100% organic and plant-derived, products are made in small batches rather than mass-produced, packaging is reusable or fully compostable down to the labels, and nothing is tested on animals.

Holistic Wellness Guidance

Earth&Green also offers 1-on-1 holistic wellness guidance for clients who want a more personalized approach. Their model looks at wellness as something achieved by caring for the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — rather than any one piece in isolation. A free virtual consultation starts the process, followed by three sessions covering your goals, lifestyle habits, and specific areas of concern, which Arlinda uses to build a plan combining herbal preparations with lifestyle changes. You can source the herbs yourself or have them pre-mixed and measured, and regular follow-ups (monthly or biweekly) track your progress from there.

Who This Is a Good Fit For

  • Anyone who wants handmade, organic body care made in small batches instead of mass-produced

  • People curious about homesteading or urban gardening who want to learn from someone actively living it

  • Anyone looking for personalized herbal guidance alongside their existing wellness routine

  • Shoppers who care as much about cruelty-free, compostable packaging as the product itself
