Workshop Tickets Do Not Include Expo Admission
To keep things fair for our teachers and accessible for our community, all workshops at the Greater Wellness Holistics Expo are ticketed separately from the Expo itself.
This means:
Workshop tickets only reserve your seat in that specific class
You must purchase an Expo admission ticket separately to enter the event and access the workshop space
Expo tickets are $10.60 online
This structure ensures every teacher is supported, every attendee gets the experience they’re paying for, and the Expo can continue offering an affordable, community-first entry price.

We’ll infuse each blend with intention using herbs and crystals that support your unique focus.

FREE Building The Magickal Apothecary Workshop

WORKSHOP START Time is 12:30pm and this workshop is FREE!
What You’ll Learn & Create
If you have wanted to learn how to build your own apothecary, this is the class for you! We will be discussing how to build an apothecary that will serve all of your needs. We will also discuss how to store herbs properly, shelf life of dried herbs, resourcing, and more! We will also discuss Rev. Sharon's top 10 herbs that should be in everyone's apothecary. Best part of all, everyone who attends the class will receive copies of the class slides, extra recipe slides, and a 2 ounce bottle of one of Bayou Seawitch Apothecary, LLC's oils free just for attending!

$25 Pilates for the Sensory System: A Nervous System Supportive Movement Experience

What You’ll Learn & Create
Pilates for the Sensory System is a gentle, 50-minute, informative movement experience designed to help participants better understand how the body processes sensation and how Pilates can support balance, regulation, and ease.
In this class, attendees will be guided through thoughtfully chosen Pilates exercises while learning how movement, breath, and body awareness can support different parts of the sensory system, including proprioception, vestibular input, and interoception.
This workshop blends education with embodied practice, offering a calm, supportive environment where participants can move at their own pace, explore modifications, and leave with a deeper understanding of how to work with the nervous system rather than against it.
This class also serves as an introduction to an upcoming multi-week Pilates for the Sensory System series.

Each workshop is hosted right inside the Greater Wellness Holistics Expo on April 11th, 2026 at the Lebanon Valley Expo Center, with tickets sold individually by each presenter.
