Get Involved with the Greater Wellness Holistics Expo

There are many ways to participate in the Greater Wellness Holistics Expo — whether you’re a small business owner, practitioner, educator, sponsor, or community member.

This page will guide you to the right place so you can apply with clarity and confidence.

Take a look below and choose the option that fits you best.

  • Become a Vendor

    Become a Vendor

For: Small businesses, makers, wellness brands, and practitioners

If you offer products or services rooted in holistic wellness, conscious living, or personal growth, we’d love to learn more about you.

Our vendors are an essential part of the expo experience. We look for offerings that feel thoughtful, grounded, and aligned with our values.

    What to expect:
    • Curated, supportive environment
    • Clear communication
    • Community-centered experience
    • No high-pressure sales culture

  • Returning Vendors

    Returning Vendors

For: Vendors who have participated before

If you’ve been part of a past expo, welcome back — we’re so glad you’re here.

We use a separate form to make reapplying quick and easy for returning vendors.

  • Become a Speaker

    Become a Speaker

For: Educators, thought leaders, practitioners, and facilitators who want to share ideas, perspectives, or lived experience.

Speakers offer talks that inspire reflection, learning, and conversation. These are typically more informational, storytelling-based, or concept-focused rather than hands-on.

    What we look for:
    • Clear, grounded topics
    • Accessible language
    • Respectful, inclusive framing
    • Talks that feel supportive, not preachy

  • Host a Workshop

For: Practitioners, teachers, and facilitators offering interactive or experiential sessions.

Workshops are more hands-on and participatory. These might include movement, journaling, guided practices, skill-building, embodiment work, or other interactive formats.

If your offering is something people do rather than just listen to, this is likely the right path.

    What we look for:
    • Clear structure
    • Safe, accessible facilitation
    • Real-life applicability
    • Trauma-informed or grounded approaches

  • Become a Sponsor

For: Local businesses, practitioners, and individuals who want to support the event

Our sponsors help make this experience more accessible, sustainable, and community-centered.

We keep our sponsorships aligned, simple, and transparent — no corporate pressure, no performative branding.

If you believe in what we’re building and want to support it, we’d love to connect.

  • Volunteer With Us

For: Community members who want to help bring this event to life

Volunteers help with setup, flow, welcoming guests, and general event support.

If you enjoy being part of meaningful spaces and want to contribute, this could be a great fit.
