Download the free Listening Within guide to learn how sleep, stress, energy, and emotional regulation are connected.

Many people feel “off” long before they feel sick.

You might be doing all the “right” things.

Eating well.
Trying to rest.
Managing responsibilities.

But still noticing things stress like:

• Waking up tired even after sleeping
• Feeling wired but exhausted
• Brain fog or low motivation
• Digestive discomfort during stressful periods
• Trouble fully relaxing

These experiences are often connected to something many people were never taught about:

Your nervous system.

Inside the Listening Within Guide

In this free guide you'll learn:

• How stress affects sleep, hormones, digestion, and energy
• What nervous system dysregulation actually means
• Why many wellness approaches don’t work without regulation
• How holistic modalities support the body’s repair systems
• A simple 3-minute regulation practice you can try today

Holistic Wellness isn’t about quick fixes.

  • It’s about understanding how your body works as a connected system.

Sleep, digestion, mood, hormones, muscle tension, and energy constantly influence one another.

When one system becomes overwhelmed, the effects ripple through the body.

Holistic wellness focuses on restoring balance to that system — gently and gradually.

Meet the Founder of Greater Wellness Holistics

Hi, I’m Liz!

I created the Greater Wellness Holistics Expo to bring together practitioners, educators, and community members who believe in a more integrated approach to well-being.

My goal is simple: to create welcoming spaces where people can explore different healing modalities, ask questions, and reconnect with what their bodies may be asking for.

The Listening Within guide is meant to be a gentle introduction — a place to begin noticing how stress, rest, and regulation influence the way we feel.
