In a world that often moves fast and produces faster, Earth Tribe Shop is doing something beautifully different — slowing down, sourcing intentionally, and reminding us that holistic wellness doesn’t stop at what we eat or how we meditate.

It extends to what we wear.
What we bring into our homes.
What we support with our dollars.

And that matters.

Meet Meagan Braganca:

Before Earth Tribe Shop was a storefront, it was a conviction.

Founder Meagan Braganca has cared about environmental issues since high school, when she joined environmental club and began paying closer attention to the impact our everyday choices have on the planet. After college, she became active with the Sierra Club, signing petitions and learning more about the systemic challenges behind environmental damage.

The deeper she looked, the more she realized something powerful:
We don’t lack solutions — we lack action.

Instead of staying stuck in frustration, Meagan chose participation. Earth Tribe Shop was created as her way of building a cleaner, greener economy — offering sustainable alternatives to products people are already buying, while supporting brands that give back.

Who Is Earth Tribe Shop?

Earth Tribe Shop is a small, woman-owned eco shop dedicated to sustainable living and ethical consumer choices. They offer:

  • Organic cotton clothing

  • Bamboo clothing

  • Zero waste kitchen essentials

  • Sustainable jewelry

  • All-natural home decor

Every piece is selected with purpose — designed to reduce environmental impact while still being functional, beautiful, and wearable.

But what truly sets them apart is their commitment to giving back.

A portion of all sales is donated to SeaTrees Sustainable Surf through 1% for the Planet, supporting ocean restoration and climate-positive initiatives.

Holistic wellness isn’t just personal — it’s collective. And Earth Tribe Shop understands that deeply.

Why Sustainable Living Is a Form of Holistic Wellness

At Greater Wellness Holistics, we talk a lot about mind, body, and spirit.

But there’s another layer that often gets overlooked: planetary wellness.

The clothing we wear, the products we use, and the waste we create all impact not just our health — but the health of our communities and ecosystems.

Fast fashion and mass production often involve:

  • Toxic dyes

  • Synthetic materials

  • Excessive water usage

  • Unethical labor practices

  • Microplastic pollution

Choosing organic cotton and bamboo clothing isn’t just a style choice — it’s a health and environmental decision.

When we shift toward sustainable clothing and zero waste products, we reduce exposure to harmful chemicals and lessen environmental strain.

That’s holistic wellness in action.

Organic Cotton & Bamboo Clothing: Why It Matters

If you have sensitive skin (especially in winter), you know how much fabric matters.

Organic cotton:

  • Is grown without harmful pesticides

  • Is gentler on sensitive skin

  • Is more breathable

  • Reduces chemical exposure

Bamboo fabric:

  • Is naturally moisture-wicking

  • Is soft and temperature-regulating

  • Is biodegradable

  • Feels luxurious without synthetic blends

Clothing sits on your body all day. Choosing natural fibers supports both skin health and environmental sustainability.

And yes — you can look good while doing it.

Zero Waste Items: Small Shifts, Big Impact

One of my favorite things about Earth Tribe Shop is their zero waste kitchen collection.

Holistic living isn’t about perfection — it’s about gradual shifts.

Reusable alternatives for:

  • Paper towels

  • Plastic wrap

  • Single-use bags

  • Disposable sponges

These small swaps reduce landfill waste and lower household toxin exposure.

You don’t have to overhaul your entire lifestyle overnight. Even replacing one kitchen item makes a difference.

And when you shop from a woman-owned small business, you’re investing in community — not corporations.

Sustainable Jewelry & Natural Home Decor

Your home environment affects your nervous system more than you realize.

Earth Tribe Shop’s natural home decor and sustainable jewelry pieces aren’t just aesthetic — they’re grounding.

When we surround ourselves with natural materials instead of synthetic clutter, we:

  • Reduce off-gassing chemicals

  • Create calmer visual environments

  • Support artisans and ethical production

  • Build spaces that feel intentional

Holistic wellness is deeply sensory. What you see and touch daily shapes your stress levels.

Earth Tribe Shop brings mindfulness into everyday living.

Why I’m Excited to Have Them at the April Expo

The Greater Wellness Holistics Expo isn’t just about services and sessions.

It’s about community alignment.

It’s about gathering vendors who believe wellness isn’t transactional — it’s relational.

Earth Tribe Shop embodies that philosophy.

They’re not just selling products. They’re offering alternatives. Education. Awareness. Responsibility.

And as someone who believes deeply in building conscious, heart-centered community, I couldn’t imagine our April event without businesses like theirs.

Supporting Woman-Owned, Mission-Driven Brands

There is something incredibly powerful about supporting women in business — especially women creating sustainable impact.

Earth Tribe Shop represents:

  • Ethical entrepreneurship

  • Environmental awareness

  • Community give-back

  • Slow, intentional living

When we support small businesses rooted in purpose, we strengthen the holistic ecosystem we’re all trying to build.
